question about "worm guard"

Does this work in the same way as Acidophiliz as it replaces good bacteria in the gut while increasing appetite? Or does it just try to rid the dragon of worms and increase apetite??? I have both and wondered how I should give each one!!!

and he seems to be doing fine!!! I'm keeping him hydrated, and he's still eating okay..Wished he'd eat more but hopefully after he's treated and the coccidia is gone hopefully he'll grow like a weed!
