Hello again guys/Gals i just had the question on where to put your water bowl and the food bowls like do i put them on the warm side or the cool side and the calcium powder....oh and a question about the powder....do i get the 2:1 ratio of calcium to phospherous or do i just get the pure calcium?

i prefer to put the food and water on the cooler side of the cage so the mealworms dont die from heat and the water dont dry up.a good calcium supplement is reptocal found at almost all pet stores.

Yes, put the bowls on the cooler side. The water won't evaporate and the mealworms will most likely morph into beetles quicker, or die as kalidraven mentions. I'm unsure of ratio, but I've always had good luck with Miner-All I. It's probably the most widely used, best supplement on the market. LLLReptile usually has decent prices for it.
