I have been reading posts talking about Human UTH and Reptile. Just curious whats the difference and what should I ask for at the pet store? Do you get them at the pet store?

I've used human heating pads for years. They're great. You can find them at WalMart, Target, or most drug stores. They cost $10-15. They have controls built in, which you won't find on many reptile heating pads. Just check them every 6 months or so to make sure they aren't getting miscolored. Also, with any heat pad, make sure your tank is raised a fraction of an inch so the heat can escape the bottom, and not crack your tank if it were to build up under there.

Do they have the stick things to put on the tank? If not, how do ya hold it, just tape or something?

Lay it under the enclosure. They're pretty big; it won't go anywhere. Just raise the other end of the tank up 1/8-1/4 inch so the heat won't build up. The weight of the tank should keep the heat pad there.
