humid hide goes on the warm side so that the water evaporates and makes the hide humid instead of just wet. dry hide goes on the cooler end. congrats on choosing a leo! they're groovy little lizards.

What are the best things to use?
You can use a plastic cup or just a simple shelter resembling a log. To make it humid, using a damp paper towel inside the hide is best. Be sure to avoid tap water, 'cause they're rather risky, and can be harmful. You can use waters like crystal geyser to make the towel wet.
