Is this cistoclemmys flavomarginata?

Yes and no. After some back and forth, most systematists seem to have embraced a wider "Cuora" that includes C. galbinifrons and C. flavomarginata.

The generally accepted common name for Cuora flavomarginata is the yellow-margined box turtle.

you'll see them simply reffered to as "chinese box turtle" by dealers....that one looks like it ate lots too much protein perhaps.
