I think that's a species in the genus Phrynocephalus, usually called toad-headed agamas. I don't know if there are any caresheets, but I've been keeping a Phrynocephalus przewalskii for a few months, and he seems to do well with reasonably high temperatures, deep sand to burrow in, and eats crickets and mealworms quite readily. I wouldn't try keeping multiple males together, but, other than that, I don't know of any reason to avoid keeping more than one in a cage.
