Problem with lighting need some help?

sorry i've been posting like 3 posts asking the same stuff but my light just burned out and i want to order a new one as quick as possible. I have a 40 gallon breeder and i was thinking of getting a mercury vapor bulb like Active UV but i don't know wether to get spot or flood? and or what wattage to get? i was thinking like 100 watt flood? is that good?

I use 100 watt floods on my 40 gallon breeder tanks....they work quite nicely.
