Greetings, I'm curious to know what number and proportion of rodents breeders are keeping in the following sizes of mice and rat tubs. These are the style most labs use with dimensions being 18"x10"x6" for mice (which I keep 2.6 mice in)and 18"x10"x8" for rats (which I keep 1.2 rats in). Curious as I am hearing some go as high as 2.8 for the mice tubs as well as 3 female rats per rat tub where as they rotate males. Like to hear other's experiences with using these tubs.
