Hi my heat tape won't get hotter then 85 in the rear and 72 in the front the bottom tub the back is 70 something and the front of the bottom tub is about the same what should i do Thanks

You should fix your heat tape.

Let me guess, it has a blue cover on it? Those heat pads are specifically made NOT to get very hot. It's a safety thing. It has something to do with the cover they put on it. I had two of those pads and I loved them for a few of my geckos. They are not made to be used in a rack. They are made to heat a section of substrate and to be used in conjunction with a lamp.
It sounds to me that your room is too cold. Basically, if you are using a tub system, and I'm presuming that you are, the front ambient is a direct reflection of the room ambient. Your room should be 80 during the day which would allow your heat tape at the rear to heat up the rear more.
The colder the room...the effect your heat tape is going to have is lessened.
