i am trying to post a pic of my cham but my picture is more than 250 k....

what should i do?

I use a program called LViewPro to resize my images so they dont come out too large. You can find tons of shareware image editors at http://www.cnet.com. Just search for IMAGE EDITORS and resize your pic to 400X400 or something similar and the size will decrease.

If you send me your email, I can send you lviewpro to download and use.
