Uromastyx Photo Gallery on Kingsnake

georgio Nov 10, 2003 08:51 PM

Hi guys,

It's a minor point but I was looking through the photo gallery on kingsnake and found it odd there is not a subcategory in lizards for Uromastyx. They have basalisks, horned lizards and alligator lizards however...just doesn't make sense. If a moderater reads this, who do we talk to about adding a new category? If any you think this is a good idea, respond to this message; maybe we can generate some support. Uro's are definitely one of the most interesting, beautiful and photogenic lizards around, they deserve their own category.

I agree! I don't understand why they don't have a Uro gallery yet. I have to post my pictures in the category of just "lizards", and I don't know where everyone else posts their pictures.

I was posting my photos this morning and noticed the same thing. I also put mine under "lizards".

Great idea! I have always wondered why Kingsnake didn't make one. I guess that just goes to show that these little guys are gaining in popularity and Kingsnake needs to keep up with the pace!

Beautiful Dragons

I agree Peter. Our Uros deserve their own listing for pics.
How is Boulder doing? My Wilson is a very spoiled lizard, and doing fine. How's your little guy doing?

I would find it nice to see some more pictures about Uro's.
I have only a dutch site about the Uro and the Bearded dragon and on my site I have a lot of pictures too, and a picture of the week. So, if you want, send me a picture and I pit it on my site for at least a week.
Greetings Marion van Doremalen

This is the cage for the Uro's. I have painted an african symbol on it, what means: No one should bite the other.
They live separate fromeach other now because Benji bites Cloë a lot, but I hop in the future they can live together.
