Hi everyone
My male has a little blood in his faeces since yesterday, does anyone know what it could be? I'm really concerned about him.

Not to sound rude, but what would you do if you had blood in your feces??
You really should take him to the vet. Blood in the feces is not a good sign.
Good luck.

seen it in dragons feed mealworms as the chitin does not break down and can scratch the lining of the intestines which is loaded with many tiny vessels that break easily.
A fecal will tell you if it is worms and if it is, they are easy to treat with little negative effect on the dragon.
If your using mealworms or superworms with young dragons, I suggest stopping that or only give fresh shed small supers as they contain less chitin in them, than the mealies
No I don't feed my dragons worms. I studied 3 years at a laboratory school and I am a biology student now so I'll take some faeces with me to school tomorrow and search for some wormeggs in it, I know what they look like, I have some deworming stuff at home so I will do that if I find some eggs, if I can't find anything I will call my vet tomorrow, thanx for the tip! And girliegirl, where I am from its night now and so the vet is closed, I only wanted to know if I already could do something about it.
