I just obtained a 3-4 year old Brooksi, from a frequent member of this board (I won't mention names), the guy who gave it to me was super nice and it appeared he took fine care of the animal, the tank was very clean and the snake seemed to be in overall very good health. The snake is approximately 36-42 inches long.
On transport of the snake from his house to my dads firehouse the snake sat in the cold for maybe two hours tops, temps no cooler than I would guess 55*F. Every now and then when I handle the snake (The snake is probably the most friendly snake I've ever encountered it rivals my own Desert King) the snake will sneeze, could this be early signs of a respiratory infection, that was possibly caught while the snake is in transport? Should I be worried, I am no newbie to snakes, but I am a newbie to snake disorders/diseases.
Thank you for your time,
Ralph
