Quick Tree Boa Question

lazandlouie Nov 11, 2003 01:32 PM

I'm looking to get a tree boa in the far future so i just wanted to ask a quick question. Whats the average price, how big do they get, what do they eat, and are they friendly at all? Sorry I know nothing of them yet. Thanks For Everything Everyone!!

There are Emeralds, Amazon Basin Emeralds, Amazon Tree Boas, etc. I've seen tame speciemns of all of the above, so it just depends on the animal. Currently, I have a tame Amazon Tree Boa and a tame Amazon Basin Emerald, and I've had other Amazon Tree Boas that were pretty tame. If it really concerns you, just ask the person you're buying from if it's agressive. Just keep looking if they tell you that they're all agressive, because they're not.

You may want to check out Corallus.com for more Tree Boa info.
