You'll have to take samples of their runny poop to the vet for a fecal exam. Sounds like they could have parasites or possible a bacterial infection.
How long has this been going on?
Every now and then a runny poop will happen, but if it persists I'd definately get it checked out before its too late.
Good luck!

Get them to a vet for a fecal examination. It shouldn't cost more than $20 for both of them. Sounds like you have some type of bacteria infection. Go to a reputable reptile vet. If you don't know of any go to www.GoldenGateGeckos.com and Marcia has a list of vets all over the country there.

Good luck
