Herb Powell is the name of Homer's brother in the hilarious episodes where Herb is the owner of "Powell Motors" and has Homer design his dream car, and when he comes back to rebuild his empire with a machine that converts baby talk into English.
The Powell Motors episode was on the other day. Hilarious.
So if you're looking for a name for Homer Jr's brother, there's my suggestion.
