Hey bro...

You said you own three panamaniam RETF's. May i inquire where you got them from, and who would you recommend i get mine from? I'm also interested in getting a southern regular RETF to mate with a ruby eyed. From which reliable source can i get one ? You can email me youre answer if you don't wish to disclose this in public.

Breeders with a reliable inventory of the "panamas" are hard to find. I luck out and found a WC pair for sale at a reasonable price. The third was a gift that my partner brought back from Panama when he was there on holiday.
My suggestion would be to use any classifieds you can find. if you see some that interest you, ask for client references. Almost always, breeders will be happy to oblige. If they don't have references available, ask them why. BE PATIENT. I had to wait for mine. it almost drove me CRAZY!
As far as normal eyes colored southerns, you can find those almost anywhere on the net. I highly suggest www.mascarino.com
They have BEAUTIFUL color morphs and their stock of RETF (normal eye color) is captive bred, which is GREATLY help you in breeding as their stress levels are greatly lowered. Just be patient and be picky! Ruby's come along a couple times a year.
