Cooling and introduction question

I have been cooling my animals for about a week now. When should i introduce them? Can i put my female in now?

There is no harm in introducing your female after only a week of cooling. Actually, just recently we introduced our albino male to one of his het females after just one day of cooling. After one hour, we took a peak and found them hooked up. They were together for right around 24 hours. Good luck to you.
