2 (20 lb) tortoises
Like pretty much everyone here I have had a nightmare trying to find a way to ship tortoises from an individual to an individual.
I am trying to receive shippment from Mass. (I'm in Miami)

I spoke with people at "DHL Same Day Shipping" 2 weeks ago, and they said no problem. I am trying to set it up now and they are saying ABSOLUTELY NO live animals.

Does anyone know of a specific person I can set this up with, or have any other idea. My company has an account with DHL so it would be the best option.

I am afraid that if they don't know that it's a live animal that there may be issues with cabin pressure and/or temperature.

Well DHL does not allow Live Shipments at all. You can ship/Receive Tortoise's through Airborne all the time without problems or an account. But you must know that if you or the person sending Tortoises ship them in a box without proper identification you can be subject to violations of the Lacey Act which can have sever repercussions. the box must be clearly marked Live Harmless Reptiles, the species and common name but be on the box and it must be packaged properly. Given that Airborne has "merged" with (been bought by) DHL, can you expect reptile shipments to continue? Anyone know how this is going down with DHL?
