This is a yearling Tampa locale brooksi. I can't quite capture the true yellow of these animals. Just imagine the yellow of the new Corvettes. They are golden yellow!

She has a perfect pattern and some of the best color I've seen. BTW, they appear as hypos, but are just nice normals. This female is in shed in the pic, so I'll try to get a new pic up after she sheds.

Brandon I thought these were from double hets for snow animals or something ?

Man, what are you doing with a gun in space? - Charles "Chick" Chapple
No, I got these from a "small time" breeder at the 02 expo. Don't remember the guy's name, and didn't see him there this year. I was going to pick up another pair, but couldn't find him......bummer. These are some nice animals. There was another guy I met a few years ago, that also had some of these animals, but I haven't seen or heard from him in about 2 years. He also lives in the Tampa area.........Henry?
I checked the archives. You actually said it was a possible het for Lavender. Here is the link.

Yes, they are poss. het for Lavender. I thought you meant snow. I did hatch out some dh snows that had similar pattern, but not the color of these.

Im not trying to be arguementative but did someone find a Lavender in the Tampa area ? If these snakes are from an outcross then they are not Tampa locality animals. Once you introduce something from another locality its no longer one locality or the other its a mixed locale animal or a generic if you will.

You are correct. I guess the appropriate term would be Tampa locale outcrosses.........or not. The pics of the Tampa adults this guy had looked like the ones I have. They are still nice in my eyes regardless of what they are. I'm going to have to do my research on them for now. I wouldn't mind having a couple more.
