Hiding

Hey all,

I am wondering if your collared's hide periodically all day... last night, mine didn't come out all night... he does that about every 3 days... the other days he just climbs all over the place... is this anything to worry about?

Just kidding, I know what you meant. It's that time of year, where they know something we don't know. It is normal for lizards to start coming out less, regardless of conditions in the setup. If he keeps doing it, just allow him to. Shut off the lights when you don't see him for several days. Let him get some shut-eye for a 3-4 weeks. Make sure to give him water while he's brumating.
