ok i am most likely gonna breed leos and wanted to know some prices on a pair. I want to eventually get a Male Blizzard Het for Albino and a Female Albino het for Blizzard. About how much would these cost if i plan to get them at an expo and wanted to get them as babies/juveniles. I wanted to get a nice range of possible hets and beautiful pale lizards. Thanks everyone.

Going for the blazing blizzard project eh? Well good luck, as of yet the few people who have managed to produce these beauties have kept them under lock and key. Your best bet is to get an albino and a blizzard and breed them. Then you'll get double hets. Then you will have to breed those together to get the strains your looking for, but thats not a garuntee because you may have one that shows one trait and the only way to see if it has the other is to breed it to one that shows the other traits. See starting this project could be more of a pain than its worth. You would have to wait at least 3 years before maybe producing what you want. Remember when I said what was your best bet before, well I was lying this is it; wait till some one else does all the hard work and buy a Blazing Blizzard for 1000 dollars when it comes out it 2004 or 2005 or 2006 or whenever they finish tinkering with the genetics.

I do have an added question though; patternless albinos, which are the same principal with two ressecive genes, were produced this year and before this I hadn't heard of it. Did someone just get lucky or have people been working on this just as long as the blazing Blizzard?

hey, i like the pale geckoes, blazin blizzard are only a bonus. I can only keep 2 geckoes ( mayb 3 later) so i cant do the double het and breed those...
