My egg is hatching.

But she seems to be taking her own sweet time coming out. She's poked her head out and couple times and I can see her breathing, but it's like she's in no hurry to get up and crawl out. Is this normal? I haven't disturbed or touched her.

Thank you.

I have no idea what to name her. In fact, I still haven't named the other two yet. Any ideas?

You are lucky to catch him/her coming out of the egg. It’s an amazing process! Here is one of my girls (hopefully) just seconds after she popped to of the egg:

Yes, I do feel pretty lucky. This is only my third egg, so I was surprised when I went to check the egg and it happened to be hatching. I didn't actually see her come out of the egg, because I figured it was better to leave her alone. But when I saw her, she still had one foot inside the shell.

What a darling picture! Thanks for sharing.
