What type of info are you looking for? Lot of it is personal preference, but you need the basics such as a substrate, top, heat light that should provide 105-110 basking site, uvb bulb and fixture, basking rock or log, and then the rest is really up to you if you wnat to make it look really cool, or keep it simple. If it is a fish tank you may want to either use poster board on the outside of the back and two sides or the scenery type paper to keep in the light some.

Talking about the poster board on the back...I've got a better solution. Our fish store paints the back of their aquariums with oil based latex and it looks awesome! They use either blue or black, depending on the type of tank. You'd be surprised how much that dresses up a tank. It hides the cords too of course.

Think I'm going to do that when I move Grendel to a bigger tank in a few months. I'll make sure and post a pic when I do (big thanks to draybar for showing me how to post pics!)

Not sure if my cage comes up to 100 gal (too lazy to hunt down the formula to figure that out) but below is what I have for my dragon. It's 5'x2'x2'. The substrate is black plastic tablecloth (can use whatever colour or pattern you prefer). Though it's not in this picture, I also have a 1'x1' ceramic tile in one end to help keep her nails filed down (hasn't worked as well as I liked..had to trim her nails by hand anyway, she sulked all day after I did that..)
