Do you have to be a certain age to own a native venomous in georgia np.

Even if there is a age restriction, you had better be checking on ANYTHING native to Georgia. The state has some mighty restrictive laws on Reptiles period. Make that anonymous phone call to your state wildlife office and or try a reptile society. If you haven't , try the venomous forum on this website. I know that folks with reptiles of anykind was showing up at the Alabama shows from Georgia as regulars because of very tight laws in Georgia. Now this doesn't mean that they couldn't keep them in the state though.
