No, I wasn't angry - I was more annoyed that by the time I learned of their situation, it was too late to get my flies by Wednesday. And, yes, you are correct - I feel like an idiot - I didn't scroll down far enough to see the message.
I do not recall ever calling you and idiot, I am sorry if you were offended, I did not mean to be offensive, Erin is a friend and I may have over reacted.
Erin didn't offer an explanation when I asked about the problem, either. Will this little 'incident' lose them a customer? I sincerely doubt it. As I mentioned before, Ed's has a very good product, but they can't continue to improve unless they get feedback. I certainly wouldn't keep my customers waiting for a solution to their problems, but those type of problems don't usually involve new dart owners and hungry froglets.
I agree that they need feed back and should have taken down their shopping cart for fruit flies, I was also inocnvenienced due to their fly shortage, so my frogs are eating huge numbers of springtails (I keep mostly thumbnails so it is possible this would not work with larger frogs).
My original post was complimenting Kyle on his links page and Fruitflies.net on their competive prices, remember?
I do remember and am sorry, I was responding to the post saying that "in the age of..."
time to chill and lighten up on those of us who are less worthy
dontcha think?
I am not sure how to respond to this, I am no more worthy than you so I have no idea what you are talking about, perhaps clarafication would be in order? I was not angry and I do not belive my post reflects anger. I am sorry if you took it as harsh.
I was not trying to be offensive and I thought that you were not aware of the efforts Erin had made to make sure nothing like this happened.
