It looks really easier to make than what i have seen just curious now about the heat source. Does this rack have any sort of heat source? If so what kind? Will the wood burn?? I am new to all of this and they only way you learn is to ask. You have been a great help. Thanks.
I ordered some heat tape from Bean pet supplies. Wired it through a rheostat to moderate the heat given off by the heat tape. Pretty easy. I used peg board for the back of the rack and put the heat tape on the inside. Not too hard at all.

just curious but what do you use the space between the two rows of containers?
Just for whatever, I havent really gotten anything specific, I usually put the water bowls and stuff there when I clean out the containers. Im going to try and find a container that will fit in there and put my extra shredded aspen in them and store them there.
