After a year and a half of raising my dragon on crickets, mice, and night crawlers, I started to wonder if they really need this much variety? I understand different foods supply different needs but can supplimented chicken do the job? Lately I've been giving my 24-26" male dragon (havent measured him in a while, its not that easy lol) Calcium supplimented raw chicken. I take the chicken and put in a bag with the suppliment poweder, then its just shake, remove, attach to stick and give to dragon. I've been doing this about twice a week now for the last month or so. I havent noticed anything wrong with him what so ever, hes in a shed right now, hes going to the bathroom like normal, hes eating normally and very aggresively hehe. I understand this may be a bad idea, but know that every know and them I give him some fuits like banana, and some carrot slices. The only issue im having is with humidity, I have to mist twice a day to make sure more of his tail doesnt get shedded off, hopefuly soon I will puchase a Ultrasonic humidifier and attack some PVC pipe to it and place the pipe into the tank, thatd solve alot of problems!
Feed back and advice or experiences are much welcomed!
Thanks!
