Hi i have a 100 watt powersun uv which i purchased about 25 days ago and it just burnt out. It says that it should run an average of 10000 hours. i read on this forum that zoomed offers a warrantee. i was wondering how long th warrantee is and under what conditions and where i should send the bulb back to. thank you for any information.

there should be something on the box where it says who to contact e.i. costumer service or something. definetly send it back. they will give you another one.
