Does anyone worry about ticks coming in on oak leaves?

I was thinking about these oak leaves I have saved for my set up when I get around to it; does anyone worry about ticks coming into the tank from the leaves? I mean couldn't they potentially harm/kill the frogs?

The frogs would probably eat any tick they saw anyway.
