How's it goin,

I know the Sulawesi/Makasar Retics are the largest of the retics. But what do you guys think, in your opinion and experience, rivals or at least is second to the Sulawesi Retic?
(Malaysian, THai, Selayar, etc.)

Correct me if i'm wrong, But i just read the Tiger retic python's can reach over 20 ft. easy and weighing in at 200 lbs. Does this sound right? Do they have BIG genetics?

HAHAHA...You're probably right...there just so hard to come by, it's impossible for me,a regular guy without any hook-ups in the retic business, to find such a rare monster ...I wanted to get something just as big and magnificent...THanks Sin city retics.

THe thing is I called Nerd and they told me that their biggest retics weren't even the Sulawesi. They said it was their Silver and Tiger retics. So I thought those just got as big.

I've never posted before, but here goes what i know on retics(being a keeper myself): Sulawesis do seem to mature faster than most tics, but that doesn't make them the biggest.
The ultimate giants seem to be found in the deep Jungles of Perak. I even heard of a nearly 32 footer recently caught there.
On the other hand we all know that the biggest animals possible to produce are always crossbreeds, not pure bloods. So i would assume that tiger retics may have it in them to grow bigger than any other.
So here you have it: Tigers and Malaysians get my vote.

Hey thanks for all the advice guys...DOn't get me wrong. I'm not here to find a monster snake to "brag" or "show off". Larger snakes are my taste i guess. I had a retic that got only 15 ft. and seemed to max out around there. SO i've decided to get something a little bigger...LOL.
