The rocks in my two turtles tank are covered in algae. I was wondering if the algae is bad for my turtles? Is there any way that you know to get rid of it without having to clean it frequently? I have two plecos right now but they are not doing the job very well? Thanks

Algae doesn't hurt and I've found it actually helps with water quality. It sort of soaks up nitrites and some fish keepers let it coat their tanks. Don't forget to feed your catfish! I'm sure you want them to grow nice and gigantic.

Peter: It's OK, I'll handle it. I read a book about something like this.
Brian: Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't NOTHING?
