is probably 1.3 or maybe 1.4 depending on how old and the size of your male. Hope this helps.

Well I am currently breeding one male to 8 females, and one to 6, and so far it has worked very well. I just rotate the male through the females, they usually copulate for 24-48 hours, when they are done, I switch to the next female. I of course seperate to feed, and give them breaks from time to time, but so far they have been breeding machines. I do not expect all of the 14 females to lay eggs, but I am hoping for a good 10 or so. Just check out my webpage and you will see my breeding groups.
Thanks,
Jason

It depends. Different things work for different people. A generally accepted ratio is 1.5. You can go two days with each female, then a two day break. Although, this works for others, I bred one of my albino males to five females two years in a row and only got one clutch for my (er his) efforts. This year, I'm putting him in with just two females. I'll try to rotate 2-3 days.
I'm trying some other projects as well and I'm fortunate enough to go 1.1. We'll see.
