Do corns eat there skins?

sjenkins Nov 15, 2003 05:43 PM

Hello all,
My baby corn was all ready to shed, but now I can't find the skin. His eyes are clear and he is shiny so where did the skin go? I know my chameleon used to eat his. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

when a snake sheds its eyes will get milky for a few days then they will clear up before they shed. once they clear up it might shed in a few hours or in a few days. you could give it a short warm bath to help the process. or just provide a humid hide.

Thanks everyone. I found his skin this morning. Complete from tip of tail to both eye caps. Now he is real shiny!
