I didn't want to scare it anymore, I tried my best to get this photo to come out.

I found a lizard outside, it let me pick it up. It is just a normal lizard.. I live in central FL.
It won't move much, its skin seems to be dry...
Its eyes are closed... well one is completely closed and the other is almost closed.. he looks very bad.
He is still breathing, and at a normal rate as far as I can tell.

What can I do? Does he need "vitamin shots" from a vet?
It is just going to die at this point?? Should I put him/her outside?

I put him in a plastic container, with a pitcher of hot water to make it warm inside and covered it with a pillowcase. I noticed it kept wanting to hide. It seems to be attracted to the warm pitcher and stays near it.

I don't think I have much time left.

Thank you, THANK YOU, if you are out there.

It looks like a common brown anole. I don't think that there is a whole lot that you can do other than give it water, offer it food and keep it warm. Good Luck!
