pulled a 4" roundworm out of a 2" cricket..........

It was poking out and I thought "my what a strange ovipositor" as I tugged on it it started coming out, and coming and coming. EWWWWWW, NASTY. Now I understand a little better about wild caught foods. It was a tree cricket, and I have been feeding them to my chams.

UGH!!! That is disgusting! At least it wasn't a cricket out of a batch that you ordered from somewhere. That is so nasty!

Ok, that is just rude! I'll bet you'll think twice before pulling something out of a cricket again huh?!

The crickets you have around your place sound HUGE! 2 inches is a good inch bigger than the ones I find around here, unbelievable.

Thanks for the post it will certainly make me think twice about what I feed my cham from outside.

LOL how in the world did that thing fit in a cricket? was it really fat? by cricket do you mean a katydid, the green ones that look like a leaf?
