I have used care freash in the past. My main problem was when the bedding was soiled, or just plain wet, it molded VERY quickly. Other than that I really liked it. Also the price turned me off, once my collection grew to over a handful of snakes. Just my two cents.

I used CareFresh for my mice for awhile but then stopped for two reasons. I found it very dusty (which isn't good for rodents, me and I am quite sure, snakes). Also, it was quite pricy for me. I can buy 3 equal sized bags of aspen shavings for a bit less than the price of a bag of CareFresh.

I am actually thinking of doing some cypress mulch too.

I like my Lizard Liner - although I've not tried anything else. Looks good and easy to clean/change.
