How can I lower my humidity?

The humidity in my lizards cage is at like 50%! That's what I get for living in Louisiana. Is there a good way to lower it?

Room / window Ac unit? I live in Florida and my dragons pretty much always have higher humidity than they are "supposed" to

From what I have heard I think they shall have around 50% humidity. You are lucky! We have winter in Sweden now and the humidity is about 25% im my apartment. FAR to dry...
