The three reputed true dwarf races all come from the sundas islands in indonesia which are near each other, between sulawesi (celebes) and flores islands. The tanjampea or jampea, kayuadi and possibly kalatoa islands are all in reasonable proximity to each other and the retics from this island group are generally smaller, have different scale counts and characteristics than other indo retics.

I suggest you contact bushmaster reptiles in boulder colorado as well as dominion reptiles in virginia, or baldago reptiles. I breed Kayuadi animals hatched from wild caught gravid kayuadi dwarf females imported in 1999 and should have some eggs within the next few months again. If you find a reputable exporter here in the US perhaps they can contact me and i can sell them animals for sale to you.

hopefully you can find someone reputable with export permits and work something out.
