Be sure the identification is correct - look at pictures on the Internet. Pet stores often sell warty or paddletail newts, calling them "firebellies". Both those species are aggressive, and should be kept only one or two per tank.

If you are sure they are really firebellies (Japanese or Chinese - and again, pet shops often misidentify), there is no problem with aggression - males can live with other males or females, no problems. See link below.
