One of my babies has a fece partially protruding out. I've already bathed him/her in a warm bath for several minutes, and part of it broke off. Should I continue to do this? if so, how often? Also, what else can I do to ease his/her discomfort?

Put a VERY small amount of mineral oil on his lips. You don't want him to get diarea either. He will lick it off. Should help to loosen things up.
