Took my Lucille with me this weekend to a reptile show 200 miles from my house. Long drive but worth it. I had popped her as a small snake and she has quickly grown to 640g by eating rats. The kind ball python folks at the show agreed to probing her and confirmed that she is, indeed, a female. So I decided that she needed a boyfriend so that in a couple years I can have the fun of perhaps hatching some little ones. Found a male almost the same size as her who is even more beautiful than she is. The price was better than alright and I snatched him up and brought him home with me. He ate for me tonight his first f/t weanling rat. I also returned with two hatchling Sulcata, 1 male Mexican Black Kingsnake, 1 Blizzard cornsnake female, and 1 Ghost cornsnake, female. Reptile shows are the greatest.
