Does anyone know of a site where I can get detailed info on the breeding process
for balls.Like when to start cooling,when to introduce the male how long after
cooling starts do you intro the male and so on.Any help is appreciated

One of the best references I've found is "The Ball Python Manual" which has a good section on breeding written by Dave and Tracy Barker. It's quite comprehensive and is very cheap. I have a link to it on my site....see it below.
