Stress, handling, heat problems, bad rats, introducting of someting new and stressful, poor husbandry, introductino of a new snake. This is just off the top of my head. A little more info could be helpful to find our what could be bothering her.
Give her a couple of weeks. Then try again. Make sure any stress will be removed during this process.

I separated her and the male, What else should I do? Should I just let them continue breeding?
Thanks in advance...
