I was at the local pet store today and saw one of the little rascals (or so I think). I wondered aloud, "I wonder if he/she jumps." Darn if he didn't jump around a little as if on cue!

Anyhoo, a couple of questions:
1.The sign said it was an Eastern ring-necked lizard. Is this the same as a collard lizard?

2. How big do they get? The sign said 5".

3. Are they aggressive? (ie bite fingers?)

4. How long do you let them get accustomed to the new home before handling them?
