Probably gonna be a hard thing to tell without seeing the but between the pics being developed and getting them on here,

whats the easiest was i can tell if one of my collared is a male or female ???

Neither of them seem to be eating too well now and are getting sleepy but I am a litle worried that I haven't fattened them up before putting them to bed.

what would you recommend ??

....private vent pic exchanges, from what I *hear* LOL. Maybe the ring leader will send you the ones that have proven so popular of late, if she ever pops by the forum again. The pictures are worth a thousand words when trying to establish the gender of your lizards.

The female lizards will (usually) have either one or two black spots on either side of the vent slit, and the scales just behind the slit will all appear a nearly uniform small size.

The males of the more popular species usually have a distinct row of slightly enlarged scales located just behind (and parallel with) the vent slit, along with a tendency to wear sleeveless T-shirts while watching sports all weekend. Look for large numbers of tiny, empty beer cans just outside the hide area LOL.
