Hi! Thanks for the replies about the filter! I was just wondering, lately I have noticed one of my RES sucking/biting water in and pushing it out, as if she is blowing bubbles. It makes a funny noise, but I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this!

Thanks!
much turtle love,
Jodi

Is it as if he/she is eating bubbles? or is it blowing bubbles out of its nose when in the water and basking, that would be a sign of respiratory problems. But from what im gathering from your post it sounds more like boredom with the turtle, my cooter did similar things when she was younger.
