You just got her on the 15th. I know its hard, but you should leave her alone for about a week. No handling, no feeding, and no disturbing. Just ensure she has fresh water and clean out any feces from her enclosure. This is her settling in time. She is probably pretty stressed from being moved around quite a bit.

You stress her out from the start, and you could, not saying you will, but could have potential problems getting her to eat.

Thats where alot of people go wrong, is they get a hatchling and the first thing they want to do is handle it right from the start. Some snakes are okay with this, but others dont take it too well. So the best thing to do is let her be for about a week, then start handling her, but for a limited time. 5 or 10 minutes per day, and gradually increasing the time the older she gets.

She will be okay, as long as you give her time.
Hope this helps.

Its normal for young corns to be a little nippy. Mine is a little over a year old and he just resently stopped trying to tag me. You should wait a week or so after you bring your corn home to handle it. One thing I found helpful is a small snake hook, if your corn is still small you can make one out of a coat hanger. Carefully pic up your snake with the hook then pic it up from the hook. Hope this helps.

Langi is right about using a hook first, depending on the size of your enclosure the snake may feel cornered when you reach in to grab it. I pull mine out with a hook first then he's fine
