Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has ever shipped a package with Delta that the animal ended up dead or lost. And if so was it insured and did you ever receive the full value you insured it for?

Not totally sure about this, but I think Delta will only insure up to $700.00 max. Anything above that and I think you're out of luck. At least that's what I was told about the last shipment I got from Delta Dash.
