i don't know, it seems like that whole line of argus x flavi look more like argus than anything. our crosses look more like flavis or gouldi, but with a larger size like argus.

how does this look much different (not that argus or flavi or goulds look a lot different from each other).

there was an argus x flavi female posted in the classifieds that looked like an argus with a full banded tail and all. why not just buy an argus?

here is a baby argus i produced this year: does it look much different to you than yours?

Initially,I was considering buying your proven 1.1 argus breeders, since you guys are reputable, when you had them for $300 which I thought was larceny. Then you guys pumped them up to $500 which was more like it,but by then I had made my decision to get crosses(correct me if I'm wrong on the numbers). As far as these guys being true crosses, Im going to assume and trust that they are, and We'll see how they change as they grow. If theyre not, Lucy's gonna have alot of explaining to do.

scream LOL hisses alot. But then again my argus are much tamer then my little female flavi cross, I swear the only argus in her is the attitude, she is small, and colored like a flavi. go figure

LOL,Maybe the argus in her is trying to come out. I guess ya never know what you're going to get with these guys. Maybe, I could've saved my mind some time and gone with the pure argus.Then I'd know exactly what they have in store for me.

the only reason i didn't get yours was because of money. you sell your three way crosses $400 each shipping. don't get me wrong your animals look great. i got my animal with shipping and 100 pinkies for $215. i think thats not bad.

i don't want an argus because they are bigger and have more aggretion.for me right now thats to much.

Hello, Alex. Thank you very much for the compliments. The girl is a White throat. She can be a real sweetheart but she also has her PMS days and can be pissy. So I try to read her personality the best I can on any given day, and then treat her accordingly. The pitbulls are "Thunderhog" and "Hank" aka Quasimodo. Thunderhog the 9 yr old, 6 time mast cell tumor survivor and Hank the new guy, almost a year old. They love to roughhouse.They have to have that kind of fun. They're pitbulls.

All the baby crosses come indirectly from brrr. The one on the top with the lighter eyes is the one I got directly from brrr.Shehe is unrelated to the other fellas.Those eyes are actually blood red. The yellow lighting plus flash kill all their colors in the pics, especially this one. I try not to get near himher too much as she is cocky with her mates but very skittish with me, the opposite for the other fellas.

BTW congrats on your pick. Heshe is very pretty. These guys are more than fun to work with!

i'm am a very happy camper and you should be to. all monitors are great, not only flavi crosses. monitors are just very cool little animals.
